One form, one email, no tracking. What follows is the whole of it, written out rather than summarised.
This site is published by Delta Media Services, Viking Signrite Building, Plot 7, Attard Industrial Estate, Attard, ATD 3000, Malta. Delta Media Services is the data controller for anything sent through it.

The form on the contact page asks for a name and an email address, and nothing else is required. It also offers optional fields: telephone number, company, the services an enquiry concerns, quantity, deadline, a project description, and the names of any files you have ready to send.
Files themselves are not uploaded. The dropzone on the form holds them in your own browser so it can list their names; the names travel with the enquiry, the files do not.
The information is used for one purpose — replying to your enquiry and quoting for the work. It is not used for marketing, it is not profiled, and it is not sold or shared with anyone beyond the mail provider described below.
A submitted enquiry is composed into a single email and delivered to the studio through Brevo, a transactional email provider, over an encrypted connection. It arrives in Delta’s own inbox and is answered from there.
The site itself stores nothing. There is no database behind it and no record of your enquiry is kept anywhere on this server — the email in Delta’s inbox is the only copy.
When the form is submitted, the address the request came from is held briefly in the memory of the server handling it, so that the same address cannot submit the form hundreds of times in an hour. It is held for one hour at most, it is never written to disk, and it is not attached to your enquiry or to anything else.
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind, so there is nothing here to consent to and no banner asking you to.
If that changes, this page changes with it and you will be asked before anything non-essential is set.
One. Brevo delivers the enquiry email, as described above. Nothing else on this site is loaded from anywhere else: the typefaces, the stylesheets, the scripts and every photograph are served from this domain, and there are no embedded maps, video players, social widgets or advertising.
That is deliberate. It means that unless you submit the form, no third party learns that you visited.
Under the GDPR you can ask what information Delta holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy of it. For this site that means, in practice, the email you sent and Delta’s reply to it.
Write to design@deltamedia.services and Delta will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
